the urge to watch a drama is overwhelming. yes, you all think i'm just a little too obsessed with anime and dramas. but what you don't know is that they provide me with another world to escape to. they allow me to stop thinking about this world in which reality simply keeps throwing shit at you. yeh, many would call my actions procrastination. but no, it is so much more. it is a sort of numbing of the mind; like a drug. instead of focussing on real problems, it allows me to focus on someone else's. except those aren't real because it's just a story. and that's the great thing about dramas. you know what else is great about them? they are a great excuse for crying. you'd say that you're crying because it's sad when in truth, it's because life is too difficult. you know how i feel? like a little kid who has to choose between icecream or cake. this kid loves both equally. but they can only choose one. why can't he or she have both? who says you can't have icecream with cake? why should this kid have to choose between two things he loves. yeh, you might look at this and say that this kid is greedy. but no, that isn't the case. this kid just can't imagine giving up either desserts. this kid has four options: 1. pick one; 2. pick neither; 3. don't pick; 4. have both.

but what to do?

#19 I sometimes eat a small scoop of icecream with a thin slice of cake.
